No prior experience is needed.
The system is intuitive and easy to use — after a short introduction at pickup, you’ll be ready to move confidently on your own.

What is needed to rent?
- The Hypershell exoskeleton generally fits users with a waist circumference of 83-135 cm and requires the user to be able to lift their legs and balance.
There is no set age limit, but minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times who must assume responsibility for them. We defined the age limit at 14 years, but it’s more of a guideline because of the available sizes.

- Please note: returns outside the agreed time may incur an additional fee of €10 per started hour.
- Please arrive a few minutes early to get set for your tour without any rush.
What should I wear?
Comfort is key so we recommend wearing layered clothing. High heel shoes are not recommended.
Please note that bookings are valid whether rain or shine, but don’t worry: we can provide rain ponchos if it rains.
How long does the battery last?
The exoskeleton operates for up to 17.5 km on a single charge, giving you plenty of time to explore in comfort. Battery performance may vary depending on terrain and intensity of use.
Where do I pick it up?
Pick-up is at our shop on Várkert rakpart 8, 1013 Budapest. Our team will guide you through a short introduction before you go.
What if it rains?
Bookings are valid whether rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. But don’t worry: we can provide rain ponchos if needed.
However, in case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity until next availability. If we cancel for such reasons, you will receive a full refund.
I have some bags with me. Can I leave them at the store?
Sure. If you have bags that you’d like to leave with us for the duration of your tour, we can store your luggage safely and free of charge at our locations while you’re out discovering Budapest.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours before start time. After then, a 100% cancellation fee is charged.
Rescheduling is possible based on availability. If you cannot make it at the original booked time, let us know as soon as you can and our team will do our best to offer you alternate options – however, please note that it’s subject to availability and in high season, we may not be able to give you another suitable option due to a large number of reservations. Please note that if you are trying to reschedule within 24 hours and we cannot give you another suitable date, you will not be entitled to a refund.
