Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is needed.
The system is intuitive and easy to use — after a short introduction, you’ll be moving naturally and confidently.
What is needed to participate?
- The Hypershell exoskeleton generally fits users with a waist circumference of 83-135 cm and requires the user to be able to lift their legs and balance.
There is no set age limit, but minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times who must assume responsibility for them. We defined the age limit at 14 years, but it’s more of a guideline because of the available sizes.
- Tours start whether rain or shine, please dress accordingly! Wearing layered clothing is advised. High heel shoes are not recommended.

- Please arrive a few minutes early to get set for your tour without any rush.
What should I wear?

Please note that bookings are valid whether rain or shine, but don’t worry: we can provide rain ponchos if it rains.
Where does my tour start from?
The tours start from two different locations. Both are in central Buda and easy to reach by public transport.
The Nature Tour starts from Bartók Béla út 39 (near Gárdonyi tér), 1114 Budapest.
The City Tour departs from our shop at Várkert rakpart 8, 1013 Budapest .

How many people are in a tour group?
Our tours are designed to be cozy and intimate experiences, with no more than 6 people in the group. We want to make sure we can walk smoothly and that everyone gets a chance to ask their questions. If you prefer a personalized tour with your own group, you can book a private tour by getting in touch with us.
What if it rains?
Bookings are valid whether rain or shine, so please dress accordingly. But don’t worry: we can provide rain ponchos if needed.
However, in case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the activity until next availability. If we cancel for such reasons, you will receive a full refund.
Rescheduling: Tours can be rescheduled if given advance notice of more than 24 hours (based on availability). If you let us know within less than 24 hours that you cannot make it but would like to rebook for another date or time, or you don’t show up for your tour but would like to reschedule, you will be charged a rebooking fee of €15/person. Thank you for understanding.
I have some bags with me. Can I leave them at the store?
Sure. If you have bags that you’d like to leave with us for the duration of your tour, we can store your luggage safely and free of charge at our locations while you’re out discovering Budapest.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours before start time. After then, a 100% cancellation fee is charged.
Rescheduling tours: Tours can be rescheduled if given advance notice of more than 24 hours (based on availability). If you let us know within less than 24 hours that you cannot make it but would like to rebook for another date or time, or you don’t show up for your tour but would like to reschedule, you will be charged a rebooking fee of €15/person.
